Politóloga, graduada de la Universidad de Costa Rica, donde ejerció como Presidenta de la Asociación de Estudiantes. Fue seleccionada como Joven Líder Iberoamericana por la Fundación Carolina en 2022. Es Panelista Senior Global del EU Empowerment Fund y asesora en temas de juventudes para la Unión Europea. Es parte de la Junta Directiva de Green Wolf y ha sido consultora para UNICEF y otros organismos internacionales. Le apasiona el trabajo con comunidades y la reducción de las desigualdades sociales.
