El expresidente de Guatemala, Vinicio Cerezo, se reunió con el actual presidente de Costa Rica, Luis Guillermo SolÃs. Ambos mandatarios trataron temas sobre la re significación de la paz regional basada en un nuevo modelo de desarrollo económico y social integral.
También discutieron sobre el impulso que necesita la región desde los lÃderes rescatando los instrumentos regionales de concertación polÃtica en favor de un modelo de desarrollo integral.
