Luis Guillermo SolÃs, Presidente de Costa Rica expuso en el Interamerican Dialogue (ID) en Washington acerca de los retos que enfrenta la región en su calidad de Presidente ProTempore del Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana.
En la introducción que Michael Shifter, Director del ID, hizo se refirió a lo importante que fueron para la región los Acuerdos de Esquipulas, debido a los procesos que propiciaron en materia democrática y económica.
