Por Fundación Esquipulas
La Academia Quetzalteca de Constitucionalistas y la Fundación Esquipulas para la integración Centroamericana, con el apoyo de la Coordinación de Investigaciones JurÃdicas y Sociales de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, inauguró un Diplomado en Derecho Electoral de ocho módulos:

3. Organizaciones polÃticas
4. Autoridades Electorales
5. Proceso Electoral
6. Derecho Procesal Electoral
7. Fallos de la Corte de Constitucionalidad en materia electoral
8. Cierre del Diplomado
El programa, impartido del 23 de abril al 18 de junio de 2015, estuvo dirigido a profesionales, estudiantes, universitarios, posibles participantes en proceso electoral y personal que trabaje en instituciones que tienen que ver con los comicios.
